Faith Care Home Services is known for its compassionate caregivers who provide tailored support for aging loved ones and disabled persons. We provided all assisted activities of daily living that enable you or your loved ones to remain comfortably living at home as long as possible. We provide our services to you no matter where your home is, whether that be in a house or apartment, retirement home, long long-term care home as well as providing care services during hospital or physical rehabilitation stays.
Our Mission
Being a non-medical home care company means we can provide many different home-care services to make aging at home easier for you or your loved ones and the family. Aging at home can be wonderful when all the small factors that come with aging are thought of and planned out to ensure your safety and comfort. When staying at home is not an option, we also offer care in retirement homes and long-term care homes. Our caregivers work alongside you and your loved ones to ensure your transition to your new home comes gracefully and as seamlessly as possible.
