Are you moving from your family home to a retirement building or long-term care home? Have you recently moved and are looking for someone to be in your company while you adjust? Moving can be hard and we want to walk this journey with you. Faith Care (Help) Service caregivers will take the time to come to new activities with you or to dining with you while you adjust to your new living environment and connect with the new faces around you. Having a familiar face there with you while building these new connections, makes these steps easier. We can help make your new place feel like home again! We are here to make this transition as easy for our client and the family as possible. Is your loved one living in a retirement home or long-term care home and needing additional care outside of what their home staff can offer? Our attentive home care providers ensure our clients are comfortable and receive care when they need it at any time of the day or night. Whether the client is fully cognitive or has Dementia or Alzheimer's, our caregivers have an extensive background in the field to keep our clients engaged and happy.
Palliative Care
Faith Care (Help) Service caregivers are extremely compassionate with knowledge and experience of looking after individuals through the end-of-life stages. We are here to ensure client comfort and family satisfaction. Providing beyond exceptional bedside care takes patience and empathy. You can rest, with comfort that all the small details of yours or your loved ones are being thought of even through this extremely difficult time, we are always thinking of you and making sure everything is covered. We take the dedicated initiative to help ensure the comfort and care of you or your family. We do small gestures like lightly massaging the client to ensure the client isn't in pain, playing light music to ensure the client feels warm and safe, and still providing the small important details of bedside care such as nail care and painting the client's nails, doing the clients hair, reading books to or with the clients, looking through photos, sharing stories, engaging with the client or just sitting there in silence with the client if that is their wish. Our caregivers are highly experienced and strive to relieve stress, pain, and suffering through these trying times. While respecting each person has different end-of-life wishes and values we provide quality care services to enrich your quality of life at any stage.
Companionship
In case you or your loved one lives alone or could use a companion through the day while the family is working or running errands, our lovely caregivers at Faith Care(Help) Services are here to help. Whether it's just being with you to ensure your safety at home for clients who are a fall risk at home, engaging in social activities such as word searches, matching games or cards, to keep your brain stimulated through the day or even to go out together on a nice walk or to run errands together. Our caregivers show interest in who you are as an individual and look forward to sharing experiences with you. We love to look at photo albums and walk with you down memory lane
